Why are people jumping to conclusions that it is a 5G site?,  This is the new Tsunami siren, this one here and the other one located in Brunton Park.

it could also very well be a siren   but that will depend on location in
nz

the link above is an example of a siren with that kind of shape but  to be
placed in a park is very odd
