[TheList] Police Callsign Question

Yes believe new version of TAG. Haven’t managed to track anyone down to confirm the “acronym” as of yet.

Hi everyone,

Does anybody know what the PIT callsign is? I hear them on the Taranaki channel using: "NUPIT" and there's a sergeant callsign: "NUPITS". 

I thought it might be a breath testing checkpoint, but I'm not sure as I remember them using the TAG callsign for that. 

Any help appreciated.
