Hi,

Have a look at these for frequencies.

If you are using a handheld scanner with the supplied little black 
rubber antenna.

Your reception of FENZ channels on 75/76 MHz will not be good.

Also some scanners switch to wide band FM when below the FM band 88-108 
MHz. That is another thing that can make reception difficult.
