Yes.  Not all of those are active though, it seems (from previous visits) some of the Area repeaters were killed when Auckland went digital. 

Unfortunately if you're North facing, you may struggle as the signals behind you.  Your apartment complex may have killed the VHF TV aerial years ago given its not in use, if its even still on the roof.  You may find if your apartment is concrete, or if you have an apartment south of you, you may just not have any luck at all.
