Hey Nick,
I hope to Christ that they confiscated that guys' radio, that sort of 
behaviour isn't good enough at all,
toward people that already have a hard enough job as it is.
You see these radios on TradeMe with the usual warning that they'll only 
be sold to licenced hams,
but it makes you wonder how often this is actually enforced, when you 
have clowns like this owning them.
