[TheList] Police channel interference

Hi all

Is it possible to broadcast on the police radio network. Been alot of weird
interference on the Dunedin channel lately. Radio siren buttons like those
on cheep radios u push to send call alert. One time they played fuc*the
police song over the air so someone's messing with it somehow.
