[TheList] Radiowiki - version upgraded

The site is a bit messed up so that not all traffic goes via Cloudflare and
it doesn't do http -> https redirection properly / at all. Both are on my
list to fix. I was exceptionally lazy when I implemented SSL via Cloudflare
and never got it right. Needs fixing. Maybe this afternoon if the weather
packs in like its supposed to :)

Basically regardless of where you go https://www.radiowiki.org.nz,
http://www.radiowiki.org.nz or https://radiowiki.org.nz,
http://radiowiki.org.nz the behavior should be the same but its not even
close!
