[TheList] Radiowiki - version upgraded

Hi,

Today I gave the old wiki some much needed software updates. Next time
editors login you may be prompted to select a more secure password.

I also added the "Extension:MobileFrontend" extension which makes the page
"slightly" more mobile friendly. This is the same extension used on
Wikipedia so shouldn't cause to many problems.

This was quite a major upgrade so there is a good chance I may have broken
something. If you notice anything or have any other suggestions please let
me know.
