See my earlier email. Also forgot to note that there is some Fire on UHF,
chiefly rural.

Urban Fire Appliances are generally equipped with a dual-band IGC radio for
the officer and UHF-only models for the rest of the crew. Access to VHF
enables liaison with VHF-deployed Rural, other agencies and such.
