[TheList] Uniden digital scanners

US versions often lack the 4m band (68-88 MHz) and therefore are no use 
for listening to the ESA band in NZ (where in a lot of the country the 
Police & Fire reside). Please do your due diligence before purchase. 
Often models starting with BC instead of UBC have no 4m band.
