I Have just received my uniden XLT 9000 from over sea Trade site  and find
a CTISS chip installed ,does some one has worlked with this before and made
this  work in some NZ erea or this not used in New Zealand ,I do have two
the same units with no chip in stalled cheers if you can help Lowland
