Yes, it was a wink and a dig at the use of mHz (actually mhz) as opposed to
MHz. There's not a lot going on at 144 millihertz, lol.
I see it a lot, people putting mhz instead of MHz. Accuracy in units is
important because it can mean the difference between something working or
not (or worse) and just saves any misunderstanding.
