I have installed a new MTTP solar charger in our motor home

My scanner in the motor home (Uniden 9000 XLT)  get now a lot of
interference in the 76 MHZ and what is a well used channel here in Hamilton
when the solar charger is turned on.

Can  anyone  give me some advice  to what filter I can use to filter the 12
Volt

line to my scanner or filter the output from the solar charger to the
battery.?
