[TheList] Programming P25 channels

Has anyone got a list of who is currently using P25 in NZ and what the
programming
info is for them?
I have a TM9100 which is sitting here doing not a lot and I thought it
could be interesting to chuck some receive channels in it.
I know police are using encryption but do they always have it enabled?
I would have thought units such as motorway patrol wouldn't bother having
it switched in and just use the channel unencrypted.
