[TheList] TheList Digest, Vol 101, Issue 5

Seems more and more emergency services are switching to digital platforms
(bad move if you ask me) but that's how it's going
so the investment in a digital receiver is required.
Haven't had much of a look around to see who's producing a good digital
receiver.
Suggestions and recommendations welcome...
