Looking at the page you have quoted it looks like this was a traffic incident entered by Ambulance and copied to fire using the intercad link between the fire and ambo CAD systems.

The incident would have been created by ambulance using the ambulance chief complaint code 29 (Traffic/Transportation incident) The original code would look something like 29D04 for a person trapped in a car crash.

It would then be copied to fire using the code AMB2FIR via intercad. When received into the fire system the dispatcher would recode the AMB2FIR event to the fire code MIN.

Do you happen to know about Nat1 Nat2 and MIN which are sometimes in messages directly after the Callsign? Example:
