Have left a spare scanner on the old WFA Wrights Hill Ch. 141.425 for the last couple of weeks. This morning a Gisborne Ambulance (St. John) called up with an arrival message at Wgton. Hospital doing a ‘patient transfer’ from up that area. Have yet to get close enough to see if there is a new Antenna on the vehicle. If WFA are going to share the Police ‘digital encrypted system’ the exsisting antenna for ESB Band will suffice. Wellington Hospital (CCDHB) have had the new digital radio installed in recent weeks.
