The 436HP is the best uniden one out thus far but it requires paid upgrades for the digital modes.

Works very well when you get your head around the programming.

They do have a new one due out very shortly too.

Just wanting a Handheld. What is currently the best handheld on the market. I want digital. I have heard whistler tx1 is great. Do uniden have any great new units.
