Just wondering what the process is for obtaining a wiki account, or is this closed?

Oh sorry I should also point out, Spectrum Analyser indicates a carrier there - so its not a radio fault or anything.
So 4 seperate receivers indicate a carrier there..
and confined its wideband FM.
