[TheList] new Fire portable frequencies

Just a note, looks like Excel/your spreadsheet butchered the frequency,
so if the frequency ends in 3 it'll be 25 (IE ZoneB UHF Ch1 is actually
496.83125) and ending 8 will be 75 (IE.Zone B UHF Ch3 is actually
497.19375) for those trying to enter it into an RT/Scanner
