[TheList] NEC R3D4-5A Pager

Hey,

I have one of these NEC pagers and wondered if anyone on this list knew 
how to read/write the flash chip inside them? Its got a (Microchip?) 
SPM27C41COB F83110 in it. I didn't expect Google to find anything given 
how old this thing is! It also has a 157.925 crystal inside it.

If anyone has some info on these they wouldn't mind sharing that would 
be great.
