The point that gets me is how long it has been going on for and he/they are
getting away with it. What are the RSM doing about it. This sets a
presedence about how issues are handled. Basically do what you want as no
one will care.

I'm surprised that RSM hasn't tried to locate the transmission. Not hard
for them to do.
