I buy them from a firm in rangiora or kaiapoi for my electrical firm.

I will think of the name and let you know.

they have a vast selection that fit most common types of tools.

I *think* the phrase you are looking for is "strain relief", otherwise 
"cable
entry" or "gland" may be more correct.

Do you want this as a spare part?

In handheld appliances these are almost always specific to the model.

Spares availability is usually problematic.

If this is the case you may do better visiting people that fix power tools.

If you are more specific about your requirement it may be possible to give
better advice.
