[TheList] Vodafone questions

Someone out there  will know the answer for this (cos freaken Vodafone never pick up when one is transferred to another level of Customer service)
Calm calm breathe 

We are on their phone and broad band system and my first question is 
Do we NEED to use the Vodafone modem ??
Their modem doesn't let me air print?
I did air printing with the old system???

Any suggestion gratefully received
