[TheList] Help: UBC396XT

Yea i cant seem to get that installed on my laptop running win 8.1. Ive just been to Jaycar and picked up an adaptor for the cable that came with the scanner, but it goes inyo usb not the serial port. I can email you direct as not to clog up this feed.
