[TheList] Scanner

I know a lady matamata who wants to replace her crappy uniden   hand held scanner,it's 119 I think anyway it won't do memories and the sound is terrible compared to my ubc 126AT
Anyone got any thing lying around that may suit her? Mainly intrested in police and fire and ease of use
