[TheList] Time inaccuracy on Vodafone TV

Has anyone else who receives their TV via the Vodafone package noticed that
over the last few weeks the 'on-screen display' of time seems to be between
2-3 minutes fast. Using 'National Radio' and 'WWV' time pips as a
reference.
