[TheList] Wiki rebuilt last night

Hi,

I rebuilt the wiki last night and it still needs some work, but the data is
back in and the spam is gone, so progress has been made :)

Until we have a new user process sorted, If you would like to re-register
your account can I please get you to send me an off-list email to
chris at 1c.co.nz with the subject of "New RadioWiki account" with your
desired username and email address in the body of the email.

Also please let me know if you are interested in assisting with moderating
new user requests.
