Lots.
Gnuradio is very capable but requires a good level of technical skill.
dump1090 gives you ADSB decoding. Malcolm Robb's fork is quite good, as is
OzRunway's.
I've been using gqrx as a general receiver.

Note that some of the software is built under a client-server paradigm. This
means you can have your old laptop running the receiver (if it has enough
grunt) and access it from any machine on your network.
