[TheList] Reason for tests. From Admin

I made the complaint.  I have had no messages since the 14/12/13

Could send to the list and not get a failure or undeliverable bounce message,
just nothing was sent to my inbox.

Tried my paradise and Gmail accounts to send to list list, but zilch.

Now fixed i hope, when i see this on the group.
