[TheList] Marlborough Police/Fire Interference

It's as though the channel is being constantly opened then closed.
I've also noticed a bunch of beeping intermittently (different from Fire
SelCall) perhaps a repeater trying to send Morse code to Police I & T
due to a fault. But you'd think they'd have fixed it by now.
