[TheList] PIB 23 now in .xls format

Hi all

Mobile service bands in New Zealand (PIB 23) is a convenient reference of
the bands used in VHF and UHF mobile services.
It gives details of frequencies, channels and band plans for land mobile,
VHF maritime mobile, aeronautical mobile and other mobile services.

This is now in .xls format so ideal for personal scanner lists, with all the
input and output frequencies. (The .xls format is new to me, might be old
news to others??)
