Has been up and running in the Wgton. district for a couple of years or more
now in the 850 -870mHz band. Customers include WIAL, many of the
vehicle/bicycle Couriers, Hutt City Council, plus several other misc. users.
It was certainly marketed as a 'Secure' network system. From various
UK/Europe 'scanner groups' that I have visited, nobody as yet has been able
'decrypt' it.
