[TheList] Unknown data pulses on 477.025mhz in PRS band

Hi all,
there's a short 900ms or so pulse of data on channel 25 PRS? here in
Hamilton. It seems to happen every 9-10 seconds or so.
Anyone know what this is? (MP3 attached, or if it gets stripped
