[TheList] All Black encryped radios

Sorry i was commenting on the Fire Service beginning a pilot of Digital in Wellington, very off topic sorry. The news article on the All Blacks radios states it's encrypted so it'd be pretty secure and wouldn't be a part of the Police network no .
