And it's fair to say that scanning in Australia is on a somewhat larger
scale than NZ!

Cheers,
Mark.

  Hey,

That'd be ScanningTasmania. I'm not sure if its simply a difference
between nations, but it seems to be a regular thing that they're posting
details of new frequencies regularly.

  Cheers

    Hi mike

If it’s not a rude question, what is the other group you refer to?

I'd hardly say Dennis' comments were anything other than helpful - the
hobby you're currently enjoying is called Scanning, not Receiving. Its very
rare to see anyone here saying "Oh look, here's the new frequencies I've
been listening to lately", whereas another group that I'm a member of, most
of what they do is scanning for new stuff, and logging it.

If you think he was rude in his comment, I think its not him we need to
be looking at, but you.

Dennis, that was a rather rude comment. You may which to re-assess if
you
wish to remain a member of this list.. friendly/intelligent/helpful folk
    only are welcome here
    cheers
