[TheList] South Is. Police

The Nelson Rural/Marlborough Police channel does not seem to have the West
Coast included any more. Is Westport/Greymouth/Hokitika/Arthurs Pass etc.
now linked to another 'rural channel'.

Apart from Chch. and Timaru what other Sth. Is. Areas are now "Digital
Encrypted"?

Any 'whispers' when Ambo and Fire are coming onboard? Does not appear to be
any great rush from Customs, M-Fish etc. to commit themselves, so with no
more money from Govt. being made available for APCO P25, the 'software'
license for encryption may expire before any more districts migrate.
