[TheList] TheList Digest, Vol 38, Issue 4

The UHF Fire freqs. Have been published on several previous occasions, but
here they are again.
1. 455.1375 F/G 1
2. 482.13125 " 2
3. 489.66875 " 3
4. 482.66875 " 4 Air Ops
5. 483.04375 CIMS Liason
9. 479.33125 Rptr.
13. 479.21875 " 2
23. 492.5125 Simplex 1

The numbers 1-23 refer to the channel switch positions on the new UHF H/H
portables. The UHF repeaters are only in the major cities at this stage.
Perhaps these freqs. Should be added to the 'Radio Wiki' master list so
people don't have to request them so often.

Didn't know they had radio technology down there - thought they'd still be
using the two baked bean cans and a bit of string....

www.radiowiki.org.nz has all the fire service channels. UHF is mainly used
in Auckland.
