AFAICT the ciphers are closed proprietary ones (which means they're
probably weak/crap) but I haven't seen any papers announcing crypto
breaks on them.

So no, there's no "software" you can use to crack the crypto on Tetra
systems at the moment, even with a discriminator tap/SDR.

(Feel free to correct me if you turn something up something more than
what my quick google search did)
