[TheList] AOR3000 wideband RX

I have an AOR3000a and have also been looking for control software that does
something useful.  Not sure if Scanstar is one of the programs I've tried.

I still have my one, and yes had it operating on Scanstar very happily for
years, However must point out its slow... very slow in scan mode.    Set the
switch behind the front panel to Baud 9600 gets better results.
