[TheList] South Comm dispatching Palmy North 1?

Training exercise perhaps?  The dispatcher was certainly not familiar with
Palmerston North.  Central-Comms took over again at 2305.

I think South Comms (Police) have been dispatching the North Island
Palmerston North 1 channel last night (Friday) and currently tonight
(Saturday). Finding this a little bit strange, anyone have any more to add?
