The facts are the Police digital roll-out stalled after Canterbury &
Auckland were added. It never went any further than the policing districts
of Wellington, Canterbury and Waitemata, Auckland, Counties Manukau.
The government still has not authorised the extra funds to be released to
finish it. From recent media reports the government are still deciding
whether or not to continue and in what shape or form it will be done.
