[TheList] NZ Fire Service Paging.

Given the others aren't having any issue, I'd suggest dropping the volume
back a fraction.  I've had it in the past where everything decodes ok
except Fire, and found it was because my volume was just slightly too
high.

Worth a try anyway mate :)
