NZFS are not trialing P25 in Wellington YET...
The reasons we're getting minimal RX traffic by paid stations is due to the following stroke action:
- A ban on sending Sitrep messages
- A ban on sending Stop messages

Hi,
The NZPFU has their Strike Notices on their website - http://nzpfu.org.nz/articles/strike-notices.html.
In particular, "Additional Notice of Strike Action" - http://nzpfu.org.nz/2011/NTM%20No%2037%2020%20Sept%202011%20Additional%20Ind
.%20Action%201%20.pdf-
states the following.

*The additional action for all others is:
- A ban on sending Sitrep messages
- A ban on sending Stop messages
Both lots of additional action will commence at 0800 hours on 5 October
2011.*

Cheers,
Hayden
