Subject: [TheList] Fire Changes

Big changes on Fire Channels in the Wairarapa & 
Wellington areas in the last week or so. I would presume either  Digital 
Radio testing or MDT's with the capability to send SMS messages. Does 
anyone know whats happening with that?
