[TheList] South Canterbury Police changed to digital overnight

At early evening all traffic ceased on the normal channels.

You can hear the digital carrier in the 138-144 mhz band.

Confirmed with a policeman this morning the changeover has occurred.

What worries me is now there is a strong carrier signal broadcasting
through everyone and everything 24 hours a day, 7 days a week now.
