This is NZART looking to flex it's weakened muscles against CBer's.
No real discussion but Mr Wallace thinks CBers aren't good enough to have an extended licence.
Was this EVER bought up for discussion?
One more reason why NZART is dieing.

The old CB/Ham thing died in the 1970's, nearly 40 years ago, maybe it's time for some new blood that is under 70 years old.
