[TheList] PRS Frequencies

Funny how folks laugh when CB is mentioned. PRS seems to be the 'only' kind 
of non HAM communication for the masses. 26Mhz (and 27) works well.

I am looking for the plans for a Skipmaster!  Odd I know :)
