I am not sure about the model you have stated but there are a couple of
sources on Trademe, the best one probably is Trevor ZL2BKW, he will have the
dual band model probably a bit dearer than buying it direct from Hongkong
yourself but a lot less hassle.  Just under $200 from memory.

These radios are causing some problems on repeaters with unlicensed users.
Some traders on Trademe have no scruples.
