[TheList] Frequency Lists

No point in putting it out there with big arrows pointing to it either. 
If people want to break the law, and transmit on frequencies they are 
not supposed to, thats fine, I just don't wanna see radiowiki.org.nz 
dragged into the debate. Its so easy to get a chinese radio into the 
country, and to transmit. Do we really want to be telling people "Here, 
go play with these frequencies"?

Noone needs to know that info - therefore, shouldn't it be removed?
